About Us

At NorthLee Fitness, our approach is what makes us the best value in Northeast Ms and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2012. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At NorthLee Fitness, we will help you get where you want to go.

Our Commitment

Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. But at NorthLee Fitness, we make it fun — and we’ll provide a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals.

Our programming is well thought out and structured to provide maximum success with continual progress, using a balance between varying strength and conditioning exercises. 

In addition to the workout, we focus on mobility and flexibility, proper nutrition and proper rest and recovery.


One of our most often asked questions is “Do I have to be in shape to start working out?”.  The answer is “Absolutely NOT!”.  We coach, encourage and promote easier versions of a workout, movement, or intensity for ALL fitness levels to help keep you safe and prevent injury.

You simply need to commit to coming in the door and you are already on your way to better health. 


We want you to leave our gym feeling amazing. Give us a chance to prove we can get you where you want to be.

Chambliss Howell

Hello. I’m Chambliss Howell. I started my fitness journey in 2016. With a family history of heart disease and after watching both parents suffer from heart attacks at a fairly early age, I knew I needed to make some changes. After having children and living with PCOS, I found myself at over 200lbs and unhealthy. A friend introduced me to NorthLee Fitness through their Core and Cardio class but it didn’t take long for me to fall in love the with barbell. The people at NorthLee Fitness have become so much more than I ever imagined. I found a family. As the “Rookie” coach, I am the most recent coach added to our amazing list of trainers. It’s my mission to help others begin their fitness journey and fulfill their potential. Finding this type of program has drastically improved my mental and physical health. Please come see what our amazing gym family is all about.

Brett Pearce

My journey started in November 2015 when my daughter and I started at NorthLee together. I was out of shape and overweight.  But after that first week, I was hooked.  Bought in.  My wife joined about a year later.  A year after that I earned my Level 1 Coaching Certificate so I could teach and return my love for this program to other athletes. My son and his wife now come. My family is here.  My best friends are here.  This place means so much to me.  Hard work pays off!  Come get some!!

Jason Passmore

45 year old father of 3 and husband of fellow cf trainer Danielle ( aka coach Dani) for 23 years. A local phone company technician since 2000. Love spending time with my family, camping, and riding dirt bikes. Began my fitness journey mid 2013 with a local startup box before joining Northlee  in May of 2015. In the spring of 2018 I obtained my coaching certificate and shortly thereafter became trainer at NorthLee.

Danielle Passmore

Hi!  My name is Danielle Passmore!  Better known as “Dani” at the box. I’m wife to Coach Jason and stay at home mom to Ana, Eric, and Ada. I’ve been a part of the strength and conditioning community since August 2013, joined the NorthLee family in May 2015, and became a coach August 2016. I genuinely care about the people I coach and workout with. I welcome anyone to give it a try!  We have lots of fun, but we work hard to reach our goals!

Corey Littrell

Fitness became a major part of my life in 2014. I was about to graduate from college at 37 and was in the worst shape of my life. Since that time, I have gotten in great shape and am stronger than I ever thought I could be. Got my Coaching certificate in 2016 and have tried to share the benefits of this amazing program with all who come to NorthLee. Being a coach and helping someone accomplish things they never thought possible is the reason I love to be a coach and a part of a wonderful community. The family environment and the genuine care and love we all have for each other becomes very evident to all who attend or drop in. The relationships and friendships I have made while a member and coach have gotten me through the deaths of both my parents and some low points in my life. I look forward to the future!

Strength & Conditioning

This group class incorporates different training elements into one incredible workout. Through carefully designed programming, our workouts offer an ever-changing combination of lifting, jumping, pushing, pulling, throwing, climbing and much more. Thia class is everything you want and need to live a long, healthy, strong life!
Class times are:
Mon-Fri
4:45am, 5:45am, 7:30-9am (Open Gym)
5:00pm, 6:00pm (Fri - 5:30pm) 
Sat 6:30-10:00am (Open Gym

Core & Cardio

This 35 min group class is an awesome combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional fitness training which burns fat and tones the body by building lean muscle. 
Class times are:
M-F 7:30am & 4:00pm

Free Intro Session & Free Week!

FREE Intro Session:

We will give you a tour of our gym, meet and greet with coaches, run through the order of a typical group class (while watching a few min of one), then have a quick conversation to discover your goals and expectations. We will wrap up by explaining how we can meet your needs.

FREE Trial Week!

After your intro session, we invite you to begin your trial week. Each day of the trial week, you will have a coach working exclusively with you, training and guiding you through your workouts. 

If you have prior experience and just want to start your trial week, you are welcome to do so!

ENDURANCE CLASS

This class is a combination of carefully designed circuit-based workouts that will improve speed and power. 

Each workout includes options for scaling and for beginners, so they are suitable for everyone that wants to give them a go.

Weight Lifting

Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
