At NorthLee Fitness, our approach is what makes us the best value in Northeast Ms and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2012. We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At NorthLee Fitness, we will help you get where you want to go.
Our Commitment
Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. But at NorthLee Fitness, we make it fun — and we’ll provide a fitness routine that works for your lifestyle and personal goals.
Our programming is well thought out and structured to provide maximum success with continual progress, using a balance between varying strength and conditioning exercises.
In addition to the workout, we focus on mobility and flexibility, proper nutrition and proper rest and recovery.
One of our most often asked questions is “Do I have to be in shape to start working out?”. The answer is “Absolutely NOT!”. We coach, encourage and promote easier versions of a workout, movement, or intensity for ALL fitness levels to help keep you safe and prevent injury.
You simply need to commit to coming in the door and you are already on your way to better health.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This group class incorporates different training elements into one incredible workout. Through carefully designed programming, our workouts offer an ever-changing combination of lifting, jumping, pushing, pulling, throwing, climbing and much more. Thia class is everything you want and need to live a long, healthy, strong life!
Class times are:
Mon-Fri
4:45am, 5:45am, 7:30-9am (Open Gym)
5:00pm, 6:00pm (Fri - 5:30pm)
Sat 6:30-10:00am (Open Gym
Free Intro Session & Free Week!
FREE Intro Session:
We will give you a tour of our gym, meet and greet with coaches, run through the order of a typical group class (while watching a few min of one), then have a quick conversation to discover your goals and expectations. We will wrap up by explaining how we can meet your needs.
FREE Trial Week!
After your intro session, we invite you to begin your trial week. Each day of the trial week, you will have a coach working exclusively with you, training and guiding you through your workouts.
If you have prior experience and just want to start your trial week, you are welcome to do so!

ENDURANCE CLASS
This class is a combination of carefully designed circuit-based workouts that will improve speed and power.
Each workout includes options for scaling and for beginners, so they are suitable for everyone that wants to give them a go.
Weight Lifting
Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Pilates
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
